BLACKPEARL SECURITY AGENCY is located at 201, JRDC BLDG., OSMEÑA BOULEVARD, CEBU CITY. A headquarter is manned 24 hours a day 7 days a week by a headquarter commandant.

1.) COMMUNICATIONS

The BLACKPEARL office is equipped with a telephone, mobile/ cellular phones and a VHF radio control network.

Security officers are equipped with hand held radios and mobile phones.

2.) MOTORPOOL

The Agency has eight (8) vehicles and ten (10) motorcycles for administrative, operation and inspection/ supervision purposes.

BLACKPEARL has armored division with armored vehicles for servicing banks and other clients.

3.) ARMORY

All BLACKPEARL firearms are duly licensed. A qualified and experienced armorer in our armory division is in charge with the maintenance and accounting.

4.) FIRING RANGE

BLACKPEARL provides a firing range for our security guards and security officers to further improve their marksmanship skills and firearms proficiency.

5.) NEURO- PSYCHIATRIC CENTER

BLACKPEARL Security Agency has its own Neuropsychiatric Testing Center. A Psychologist is employed to provide counseling, to conduct a test and evaluate the cognition, mood, personality and behavior of all the BLACKPEARL security guards and officers. This is done QUARTERLY to ensure that the BLACKPEARL guards and officers are psychologically stable. A security and protection that starts within.

6.) DRUG TESTING CENTER

BLACKPEARL has its own Drug Testing Center to conduct a QUARTERLY drug test to all the staff, security guards and security officers of BLACKPEARL. A medical technologist (laboratory analyst) is employed to perform the test. Again, a security and protection that starts within.

7.) MEDICAL CLINIC

BLACKPEARL has its own medical clinic with two (2) assigned medical doctors to insure that all the BLACKPEARL staff, officers and guards are in good health condition physically and mentally.

8.) STAFF HOUSE

BLACKPEARL staff house is provided to our staff, officers and guards. It is our belief that in order to assure the best quality of service that we stand by, we must keep close relationships and monitoring with our personnel both on and off duty.
